As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact people and organisations around the globe, I want to personally reach out to you to ensure that, at Abacus, we are deeply committed to taking care of the safety and health of our employees, customers, partners and communities, especially in uncertain times like these.
Abacus has maintained a Business Continuity Plan that details action steps in the event of an emergency or crisis. Our global leadership and teams review and update this plan regularly that helps us to remain vigilant and focused during tumultuous times — including this pandemic.
We are diligently following all the preventive guidelines set forth by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and other regional health and governmental authorities across our offices in all regions. We have applied various virus-mitigating actions ensuring a reduced potential of transmission. We are working tirelessly to safeguard the health and safety of our people while enabling them to operate at the same level of responsiveness, support, and service that our clients are used to.
And, as a transformation partner to our clients, we know that we live in a new reality in an uncertain timeframe where the need for change is perhaps greater than ever.
